Our experts are all Background checked. Know who is in your home every visit as we have your safety and comfort in mind as a first and foremost focus.
W.A.S Check
This inspection ensures that our members and their homes are well-maintained by checking various home items such as filters, drain lines, water lines, sinks/faucets, toilets and all of your major needs to keep you safe and well maintained. We offer minor repairs or adjustments to all aspects of your home no extra cost which includes minor patch work and touch up paint if paint is provided. For items that require replacement or more significant repairs, we can arrange for a handyman service at our discounted rate based on your plan tier. Don't forget we change your air filters and provide them for free! This check takes no longer then 15 mins so you have more time to use us for the rest of the visit to handle other tasks you may have.
We offer an variety of add-on services for our members at reduced prices. These services cover handyman tasks, contractor work, home cleaning, hair stylist, makeup artistry, even beauticians, and pool services. The selection of add-ons may change and expand as we collaborate with additional partners.
HEARTEASER
Our Hearteaser service is designed to adapt to the member's monthly needs. After your property check, we give you the rest of our time to provide help where its needed for you!
PROPERTY FAX
Following each visit, we record the work completed and details of our visits. We also note any contractor work or upgrades made to your property, ensuring you remain informed about your property and its value. This also is a great tool to use when property valuation is underway, having work documented is a great way to show a well maintained home.
HOMEWATCH
HELLO DATE
All plans come with an assigned hello date, which marks your scheduled visits. These dates also function as a home watch service for those with vacation homes or who travel regularly. Unless a visit is canceled or rescheduled, we will be present to ensure the safety and well-being of you and properties.
This service encompasses everything else included in your membership, as well additional tasks like pouring water down drains when the home is unoccupied to prevent odors and plumbing problems.
